  • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

• Once an order is placed, prices are final and cannot be changed.

4. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed via SMS, call, or email before dispatch.
• Failure to confirm within 48 hours may result in automatic cancellation.

5. Delivery Policy

Once shipped, the courier company assumes responsibility for transit handling.

Note that used, opened, or hygiene-related items (such as treats, litters, or grooming tools) cannot be returned unless defective.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
